Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage all coordination efforts with governorate related authorities.
·        Develop and execute project plan in the field and schedule using appropriate tools with a focus on technical and operational; track progress and revise schedule and scope to meet changing needs and requirements.

·        Assure project legal documents are completed, signed, and archived.
·        Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
·        Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes with respect to projects along with possible solutions.
·        Prepare the weekly, monthly, quarterly and final reports and then submit them to the project management.
·        Perform assigned related task by the project management
·        Submit the periodic nutrition distribution plans to the project management.
·        Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
·        Exercise his/her power and authority in project delivery in accordance with the Project Officer Authority Matrix set forth by SOUL.
·        Ensure project resource (e.g., staff, time, money, equipment, etc.) availability and allocation in a timely manner; re-plan when necessary.
·        Assign field staff if needed.
·        Track and report team hour and expenses on a weekly basis; ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for project.
·        Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

Qualifications & Experience:
·        Bachelor Degree in nutrition or in Management or any other related field.
·        Prior three-year’ experience in field of nutrition projects with INGOs/NGOs. At least one-year experience working in nutrition project funded by WFP
·        At least one-year experience working in Taiz is preferred.
·        Proficiency with MS Office applications.
·        Willing to undertake regular field visits to other governorates.
·        Good analytical, and excellent oral communication, teamwork and people skills
·        Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
·        Attention to details and high level of accuracy
·        Effective listening; verbal and writing communication skills.

Job Description
The MEAL Assistant will report to the MEAL Officer in the MEAL Unit. He/she will be in charge of assisting of implementing the project’s MEAL activities ensuring the organization’s overall strategies and the project outcomes, outputs, and activities are achieved timely with the desired quality. 
Key Responsibilities:

·        Assist in Developing Project Indicator trackers and MEAL plan in cooperation with project manager.
·        Ensure regular follow-up and progress reporting on project indicator trackers and MEAL plan to the project manager and the MEAL Unit;
·        Participate in SOUL’s assessment, baseline, end-line, KAP studies as instructed.
·        Assist in Developing and maintaining Project databases when required.
·        Ensure proper data collection, entry and analysis of project surveys;
·        Monitor data quality and track the progress of project activities.
·        Lead all monitoring activities of the project including pre- and post-distribution monitoring for the project, if any.
·        Maintain a proper electronic and hard archiving system of all related MEAL documents;
·        Assist in Reviewing the performance of existing management information systems to help identify potential modifications, improvement or information resources.
·        Perform regular field visits to ensure the quality of activities implemented and data collected and suggest ways for improvement.
·        Assist in Collecting, consolidating, reviewing and analyzing Data to identify the causes of potential bottlenecks in project implementation and to enhance quality of performance and reporting;
·        Ensure AAP in the project, assist in Developing and following feedback and complaints mechanism log, analysis and verification process, reporting and follow up cases until they are closed in the field.
·        Review the monthly report on feedback and complaint mechanism of the project.
·        Assist in data verification and complaints and provide advice.
·        Assist in entering the project’s data in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERPNEXT) system and monitor its update and accuracy.
·        Monitor the application of the ERP system and documents comments.
·        Monitor the performance of all project activities and provide reports as needed.
 
Qualifications & Experience:
·        Graduate degree preferably in social sciences, international development, computer information systems or equivalent.
·        A minimum of two- year professional experience in similar position.
 
Job Knowledge and Skills:
·        Ability of developing indicators, data tools and analysis.
·        Knowledge and demonstrated capacity of databases and online survey sites: SPSS, Excel, Kobo Toolbox, and Google form is an asset.
·        Good analytical, and excellent oral communication, teamwork and people skills

Job Description
The role of The Admin & Finance Assistant will provide administrative and financial assistance to the project management, and ensure that routine services and activities within the project are properly implemented
Key Responsibilities:

1.      Provide administrative support to ensure that project activities are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner:
•        Maintain the staff attendance including recording of staff leave.
•        Assist in preparing annual reports/ project reports/ update project files.
•        Be responsible for day to day project correspondence / information sharing.

Job Description
The role of the Field Project Officer is to plan, execute, and manage project according to strict deadlines and within the allocated budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver the project according to its plan. Key Responsibilities:

·        Track and resolve issues and conflicts during the project implementation; report and escalate to Project management as needed.
·        Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
·        Define project success criteria, which have to be well defined in the agreed forms, and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
·        Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors; influence them to take positive actions and to be accountable for their assigned work.
·        Provide SOUL Media Officer with necessary information for marketing and promotion purposes.
·        Assure project legal documents are completed, signed, and archived.
·        Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
·        Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes with respect to projects along with possible solutions.
·        Prepare the weekly, monthly, quarterly and final reports and then submit them to the project management.
·        Perform assigned related task by the project management
·        Submit the periodic nutrition distribution plans to the project management.
·        Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
·        Exercise his/her power and authority in project delivery in accordance with the Project Officer Authority Matrix set forth by SOUL.
·        Ensure project resource (e.g., staff, time, money, equipment, etc.) availability and allocation in a timely manner; re-plan when necessary.
·        Assign field staff if needed.
·        Track and report team hour and expenses on a weekly basis; ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for project.
·        Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

Qualifications & Experience:
·        Bachelor Degree in nutrition or in Management or any other related field.
·        Prior three-year’ experience in field of nutrition projects with INGOs/NGOs.
·        At least one-year experience working in Dhamar is preferred.
·        Proficiency with MS Office applications.
·        Willing to undertake regular field visits to other governorates.
·        Good analytical, and excellent oral communication, teamwork and people skills
·        Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
·        Attention to details and high level of accuracy
·        Effective listening; verbal and writing communication skills.
·        Strong command of both Arabic and English languages.
